We only collect what we need:

• Contact & inquiry data — when you submit the contact form: your name, email, and message, plus optional company, country, area of interest, and any product/service/industry context you arrived from.
• Correspondence — emails you send us and our replies.
• Technical data — when you visit, our hosting and security infrastructure processes limited request data (such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and timestamps) to serve pages and protect the site.
• Usage data — only if you consent to analytics cookies, aggregated information about how the site is used.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data. Please don't include sensitive personal information in the contact form.

Under the GDPR we rely on the following legal bases:

• Responding to your inquiry — to read and reply to what you send. Basis: your consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• Running & securing the site — serving pages, preventing abuse and spam. Basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site.
• Analytics — measuring and improving the site. Basis: your consent (you can change this anytime via cookie settings).

We share data only with processors who help us operate, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Email delivery — a transactional email provider (Resend) delivers contact-form notifications and acknowledgements.
• Hosting & infrastructure — our cloud host serves the site and processes technical request data.
• Analytics — a privacy-respecting analytics provider, only when you consent.

We never sell your personal data.

Some of our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep inquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and our records, then delete or anonymise it. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security. Analytics data is retained per the provider's configured retention.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
